License

Today is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple devices you own or control, under the terms of Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) in addition to these terms.

Provided "as is"

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While I work hard to keep Today reliable and bug-free, I cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Updates

I may release updates that add, change, or remove features. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
