License

Beauty Shot is licensed, not sold, to you. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the app on the computers you own or control, for as long as you want. Please do not redistribute the app or your license.

Refunds

If you buy Beauty Shot and you don't love it, ask for a refund within the first 30 days. No questions asked. Purchases are handled by Gumroad, so their terms apply to the transaction itself.

Provided "as is"

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While I work hard to keep Beauty Shot reliable and bug-free, I cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Updates

I may release updates that add, change, or remove features. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
